Conference Facilities
At eVOLution we have a number of facilities and in-house services available at very reasonable rates. We have a variety of rooms available to hire which are ideal for conferencing, meetings and training. We can provide refreshments for your meetings, the prices for which are available to view here. Our meeting rooms are fully accessible with the exception of the Hurworth Room.
The Brafferton Conference Room
The Brafferton is a spacious room ideal for training or meetings. It will comfortably accommodate 20 people in theatre style seating or 16 in board room style seating with tables. The room measures 18ft x 16ft and multi-media projection equipment is available to hire on request.
The Hurworth Meeting Room
The Hurworth Room is an ideal choice for smaller meetings. Measuring 15ft x 10ft it features a table and chairs for standard meetings but also sofas and a coffee table for a more relaxed and comfortable meeting. The Hurworth provides a calming atmosphere that is also suitable for counselling and mediation.
The Board Room
The Board Room is a popular and impressive meeting space, measuring 20ft x 17ft and featuring antique panelling it is a fine choice for larger meetings. It can comfortably seat 20 people board room style with tables and 30 people theatre style. The Board Room features an integrated multi-media projection system, air conditioning and a hearing loop.
The Redworth Conference Room
The Redworth is a multi purpose room suitable for training and meetings. Measuring 18ft x 16ft, the Redworth can accommodate 20 people in theatre style seating and 16 people in board room style with tables, with ease. Multi-media projection equipment is available to hire on request.
