You decide how much time you want to give, when you want to volunteer and then we can HELP you by offering you a 1-2-1 appointment to discuss the right volunteering activity for you.
Volunteering can provide you with new opportunities and can bring you into contact with people from a diverse range of backgrounds. Whilst meeting new people and gaining new skills, volunteering can help build the confidence to face challenges in other areas of your life and provide you with an overall heightened sense of well-being.
Whether you are looking for a one off volunteering experience, a few hours a week or regular volunteering, we can help you.
